Toy Civic's 2.0L engine

Greetings,
I seen the article in Honda Tuning where Toy Civic's car was featured in. I would like to know did Toy Civic achieve 200+whp using the stock GSR intake manifold? Also, did you achieve that WHP using ITR camshafts? It just amazed me to see that much HP made and also read that it passes smog! big thumbs up. Thank you for your time.
